Frequently asked questions
Yes. In everyday life we constantly use household chemicals: floor cleaners, bathroom and glass products, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquids, and more. Because of this, there’s no need to be afraid of professional cleaning chemistry.
We use specialized products designed specifically for upholstery cleaning. Their main advantage is that they are easy to rinse out of the fabric. Additionally, the final stage of our process includes treating the furniture with a neutralizing conditioner. This ensures that even minimal detergent residue is completely neutralized, leaving no harmful substances in the upholstery.
We recommend professional cleaning once every 6 to 12 months. With this frequency, most dirt and stains can be removed effectively without leaving marks.
That said, we often work with furniture that hasn’t been cleaned for much longer periods—and even in those cases, we’re usually able to achieve excellent results.
Cleaning time depends on several factors, including the size and number of items, the type of fabric, and the level of soiling.
Drying time is affected by multiple factors: fabric type, how dirty the furniture was (heavier contamination requires more water), room temperature, and air circulation.
On average, furniture dries within 8–12 hours. This process can be sped up by using a fan or by ordering our additional professional drying service.
Yes, our minimum order amount is $100.
Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to guarantee complete stain removal. Results depend on factors such as fabric type, the nature of the stain, and how long it has been present. Some materials also have limitations on moisture or cleaning agents.
However, our technicians have extensive experience and professional equipment, allowing them to achieve the best possible outcome in each situation. We always do everything we can to restore your furniture’s appearance.
Upholstery cleaning is carried out in six steps:
1. Vacuuming the furniture to remove large debris (crumbs, wrappers, etc.).
2. Applying cleaning solutions that loosen dirt from the fabric fibers.
3. Using an extractor to remove dissolved dirt and thoroughly rinse the upholstery.
4. Treating remaining stains individually.
5. Rinsing the furniture with a special neutralizing conditioner to remove detergent residue.
6. Drying the furniture if needed.
Yes. All products we use are non-toxic and completely safe for both children and pets.
